Fancy discovering Vinyasa Yoga ?

Vinyasa Flow is a fluid practice where movement and postures (Asanas) are connected through the breath. Sessions combine mobility, strengthening, balance, core work and stretching. Practising Vinyasa helps build deep body strength, improve posture and flexibility, while also helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

Lucie, our certified coach, welcomes you every other Saturday to introduce you to the practice and help you improve — whatever your level!

  • Session price : 12€
  • Equipment required : yoga mat
  • Classes held indoors or outdoors depending on the weather
